I believe that a 3 roller mill will mill a bit quicker and would be worth the extra money. I've got a Barley Crusher. I had a hard time dialing in the crush. Once it's locked in it's fine for 10 gal batches driven by a drill. Others should chime in on the Monster Mill etc.
